True story: I make my own butter! I get a glass bottle of local heavy cream, leave it out to warm to room temperature, then put it in a shaker bottle or empty jar and shake the hell out of it. It takes 5-10 minutes of shaking, but the butter I get is hands-down the best I have ever tasted. Add a little salt, smear it on a slice of sourdough and I’m in heaven!
If I’m feeling too lazy for so much work, I love Kerrygold salted butter — that Irish butter is the shit!!
